Apple is expected to offer new ad placements in the App Store by the holiday season. Several developers have received invitation to participate in a virtual event for the Search Ads of the store. Currently, this program allows to buy a location in the search engine page.
By the end of the year, these banners will be present in the tab Today of the App Store, as well as in the sheets of the apps themselves. To the delight of developers elsewhere, who will have to make more room for competition. And to the great dismay, probably, of iPhone buyers who will therefore have to suffer from … They are probably not paying enough for their smartphones!

A rumor lends to the manufacturer the intention to display advertisements in several other apps, like Podcasts, Books, Apple TV+ and why not Plans which does indeed appear on the radar.
