Wolverhampton Football Club announced the signing of Diego Costa on a free transfer.
A Wolverhampton club statement indicated that Costa will join the team on a contract that extends until the end of the current season 2022-2023.
Diego Costa will wear the number 29 shirt with Wolverhampton.
Costa previously played in the Premier League, with Chelsea from 2014 to 2018.
Costa played with Chelsea a total of 120 games in all competitions, during which he scored 59 goals and assisted 23 others, and was crowned with the English League and Carabao Cup titles.
