4- Take care of oral hygiene
Brushing the teeth twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, contributes to maintaining their whiteness, provided that the electric brush is used, because it helps to remove stains better.
Moreover, attention should be paid to the use of medical floss following meals, to get rid of food residues stuck between the teeth, because its stay in the mouth increases the activity of bacteria and encourages them to multiply, which leads to the formation of plaque and tartar.
Before using mouthwash, it must be shown to the doctor at first, because some types may lead to the appearance of stains on the surface of the teeth.
