The head of real estate transactions and strategic advisory mandates for the Hotels team in London has been appointed Co-Head of the department in Switzerland as of 1is September 2022.
CBRE Switzerland continues to develop its Hotels & Operational Real Estate team with the arrival of Julia Wyss as Co-Head of the department in Switzerland as of 1is September 2022. Julia Wyss has been with CBRE’s Hotels team in London since 2015, where she was responsible for real estate transactions and strategic advisory mandates, as well as operator search.
In her new role, Julia Wyss co-manages, with Alessia Breda, the development of the Hotels & Operational Real Estate activity in Switzerland and supports investors, developers and operators in their hotel investments and other operational real estate investments. The team also benefits from the expertise of Mona Walder, whose arrival was announced in March.
“Last year, CBRE handled sales and advisory mandates for hotel properties worth approximately CHF 1.5 billion. Our objective is to continue our growth in the field of hotel and operational real estate.
