“Learned horse racing, Kalari Payat and weight training. Weight training used to go to the gym and do some exercises. Got it done a little more professionally today.
This was the program for six months, nothing else. Kalari from six in the morning to nine in the morning. Can’t get up in the morning with huge buildup.
Hanging on the side of the bed and tossing and tossing and tossing and tossing and thinking that today is the day. As soon as we throw up, many muscles that we have never known in our lives will be pricked and tickled, alas.
It was a good body pain. Because from six o’clock to nine o’clock in the morning I practice calori for three hours, at ten o’clock I go to the gym and do weight training until one o’clock, following that I go home and eat, take a bath with oil and mud, lie down for a while, then go horse riding at four o’clock, and at seven o’clock Coming home.
Then there will be no energy to do anything. Sometimes I go to bed following eating. Can’t even watch a movie. Six months was life outside the horse, and this was the program.
Apart from Siju Wilson, Chemban Vinod, Honey Rose, Anoop Menon, Suresh Krishna, Deepti Sati, Senthil Krishna, Tiny Tom, Poonam Bajwa and Sudev Nair are other important characters in the 19th century.
The film is produced by Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Gokulam Movies.
