American employers encounter some difficulties in bringing their employees back to the office. To lure them, they pull out a strong argument: free food and drink. A benefit in kind that employees seem to appreciate, more inclined to end teleworking under these conditions.
In the United States, companies have found a very basic solution to urge employees to return to the office following this long period of teleworking: offering free food and drinks to employees.
