Microsoft urgently fixes an issue that prevented logging into Windows 11 with a newly added account

PARIS, Sept. 9 (Benin News / EP) –

MicrosoftWindows 11.

The release of the update KB5016691 at the end of August caused this error, as explained by the Redmond company itself in a statement published on its website.

The issue in question prevented users from logging into Windows 11 for the first time with a newly added account. Microsoft clarified that the error did not affect users of the following services Active Directory in Azure Active Directory.

Microsoft pointed out that affected individuals must wait for the unlock screen to reappear following the first attempt before they can sign in. It therefore does not require any direct action on the part of the user.

The tech company has made this issue a priority, as indicated by the date and time of its recording and resolution, which are accurate. On the other hand, Microsoft recalled that its solution can take up to 24 hours to reach all those affected, who can choose to restart their computers to speed up the process.
