Police arrested a man in his 40s who tried to kidnap a teenage girl from an apartment elevator.
The Goyang Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 8th that it is investigating a 42-year-old man A (42) on suspicion of attempted abduction of a minor.
According to the police, A is suspected of fleeing while trying to kidnap Ms. B, a teenage girl, from an elevator in Goyang-si around 7:15 pm on the 7th, forcibly taking her to the 18th floor, the top floor, with a knife.
