3×3 European Championship: The Schlossberg in Graz is to become a basketball fortress – basketball

The Schlossberg in Graz is not only listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the strongest fortress of all time (not even Napolean managed to conquer it), these days Austria’s 3×3 basketball players are also hoping that their home ground at the European Championships will be virtually impregnable. On Friday, the 3×3 European Championship begins in the Kasematten, up to a thousand spectators can watch the games on the weatherproof UNESCO World Heritage site.
