Al-Marsad newspaper: A real estate marketer published a video clip through the “Tik Tok” application of a palace for sale in the city of Taif.
The notary of the clip reviewed the palace from the outside and inside, pointing out that it was designed by Tunisian professionals.
He said that the total area of the palace is 30,000 square metres, and it occupies a total area of 90,000 square metres.
He continued, the palace consists of several annexes for guests, a main palace, and housing for workers and guards.
He added, there is also a farm with multiple types of fruits, and a car park.
The clip sparked a state of controversy among the pioneers of the communication sites, and a follower commented, “No one lives in a palace of this area, the best is to guide, plan and sell plots of land.”
Another added: “If he gives it to you for free, you don’t need it, he needs a budget to cover his expenses.”
