Judge Evyanne Mártir Hernández of the Court of First Instance of Caguas, determined cause for arrest for the crimes of lascivious acts, child abuse and aggravated escalation once morest former boxer David J. Quijano García, 35, for events that occurred on July 29, in Caguas.
According to preliminary data provided by the Police Bureau Press Office, it is alleged that the former fighter entered through a window to commit sexual crimes once morest a 14-year-old girl.
Quijano García will be imprisoned for failing to post bail.
The investigation is being carried out by agent Linette Matos, attached to the Division of Sexual Crimes and Child Abuse of Caguas, and prosecutor Rocío García.
