Dubai: On school days, buses wait for up to one minute in front of houses for children in the morning. If you are unable to reach the stop on time, you can use school bags to signal to the driver and supervisor that the child is coming to school. Parents are responsible for children’s misbehavior on buses. Seat belts must be worn on the bus. Do not walk inside the bus or stand on the seat while the bus is running. Do not make noise or fight. It is also suggested to respect the bus driver.
Talking to the driver while driving is also prohibited. If the student damages the items inside the bus, the student will be banned from the bus for up to 3 days. The child’s parent is responsible for the destroyed property.
Parents should be there to receive children in younger classes when they return home in the evening. If the child is picked up directly from school, the driver and supervisor must be informed.
Parents may not board the bus. According to the circular issued by the Public Education Authority of the country regarding the travel arrangements, the school administrator can be directly informed if there is a complaint regarding the driver or the supervisor.
