HP Japan has announced 4 models with hinges that rotate 360 degrees as new premium PC products for personal use. These products are said to have been developed to reflect changes in lifestyles caused by the corona crisis, such as the integration of work and private life due to the spread of telecommuting, and the spread of online communication. All models are equipped with a 5-megapixel camera, and all models are equipped with an organic EL display.
Built-in GPU model focused on performance
Among the products announced this time, the one with the highest performance is “Specter x360 16-f”. As the product name suggests, the screen size is 16 inches and the aspect ratio is 16:10, which is slightly longer than the general 16:9. Two models, Performance and Performance Plus, are lined up, and Performance Plus adopts the P series, which is a high-spec line of Intel 12th generation CPU.
The performance plus model has an organic EL screen and is equipped with an external GPU, Intel Arc A370M. With specs that can even play games, it is recommended for users who want to do creative work such as design and illustration. Both models come with the HP MPP Active Pen, so you can use them for creative work without having to buy them separately.

“Specter x360 14-ef” is equipped with a screen with an aspect ratio of 3:2 that is longer than Specter x360 16-f. It has a compact size of 13.5 inches and a weight of regarding 1.39 kg, making it easy to carry. There are four models in the lineup: Standard, Standard Plus, Performance, and Performance Plus, and all models use the Intel 12th generation U series CPU. It’s not as good as the Specter x360 16-f, but it’s good enough for a home laptop. The top performance plus model is equipped with an organic EL screen. Power-saving model with long battery life
The ENVY series has a more casual lineup than the high-spec Specter series. This time, two new models have appeared from the ENVY series. “ENVY x360 13-bf” is a model equipped with a power-saving type CPU among the Intel 12th generation U series. Performance is somewhat limited because the CPU is a power-saving type, but it is characterized by a long battery life of up to 15 hours (for performance models). There are three models, Standard, Standard Plus, and Performance, and the Performance model and Standard Plus use organic EL displays. The ENVY x360 13-bf has a screen size of 13.3 inches and an aspect ratio of 16:10. Also, the HP MPP Active Pen is not included.

A sister machine with an Intel CPU installed in the current model
ENVY x360 15-ew (Intel) is a model with a different CPU than the already released ENVY x360 15-ey (AMD). The performance model uses the CPU Intel Core i7-1260P installed in the Specter x360 14-ef performance plus model announced this time. Both the standard and performance models are also characterized by the adoption of an organic EL display on the screen.
