Vitamin B12 supports many important processes in the body, but its deficiency causes a series of problems, and research indicates that one of these signs appears when you wake up in the morning in 86 percent of cases.

Vitamin B12 also plays many important roles in the body. It helps produce red blood cells, supports the nervous system and fights fatigue.

Fatigue is one of the most obvious signs that appear in the morning when we wake up, according to the “express” website.

In a survey of nearly a thousand patients in England published in the British Journal of Nursing, patients with vitamin B12 deficiency were found to have a large variance in symptoms, however, one symptom was found to be more common than all others being fatigue.

So it is important not to ignore the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency as this can lead to serious consequences, and although many symptoms improve with treatment, some problems caused by the condition are very problematic if left untreated.

How to increase vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12 can be increased by eating these foods:

Meat and liver.

fish

Milk and dairy products.

eggs.

There are two types of injections that contribute to an increase in vitamin B12, but you must consult your doctor first before receiving them, and they include hydroxocobalamin and

Cyanocobalamin.

Your treatment will depend on whether the cause of your vitamin B12 deficiency is related to your diet or to neurological problems, such as thinking and memory.
