Disaster Survival Mission… Disney+, 1-3 episodes simultaneously released on the 8th
Disney+ will present original entertainment programs along with Yoo Jae-seok, Lee Kwang-soo, and Kwon Kwon-ri in time for the Chuseok holiday.
Yoo Jae-seok, Lee Kwang-soo, and Kwon Kwon-ri agreed on the production presentation of ‘The Zone: Endurance to Live’ (hereinfollowing ‘The Zone’) held at the Westin Chosun Hotel in Sogong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul on the 6th, saying that it was “an entertainment created with the new keyword of escape”.
‘The Zone’ is a program that depicts the survival of the three ‘representatives of mankind’ in eight simulation zones where disasters such as zombies and viruses that threaten humanity strike.
Popular variety shows ‘Family Outing’, ‘Running Man’, ‘You are the culprit!’ Producers Hyo-Jin Cho and Dong-Jin Kim, who co-directed the drama, are expected to work together once once more.
Yoo Jae-suk said, “As the word (title) says, it is a program that endures for 4 hours following entering the situation that the production team has prepared.
He continued, “I did a lot of entertainment programs with the subject of escape, and while I was wondering if there was anything else, what would be the situation in which we endure the opposite rather than escape?” he explained.
Producer Jo Hyo-jin said, “Everyday life is a series of endurance, so I planned it because I wanted to solve this through entertainment. It will be fun,” he said.
The chemistry between Yoo Jae-suk and Lee Kwang-soo, who have been working together for a long time through ‘Running Man’, is also a point to watch.
Lee Kwang-soo said, “Even following ‘Running Man’ (with Yoo Jae-suk), I did not feel like I had been working out in the same place for a long time.
Yoo Jae-suk also replied, “If we’re together, we can communicate without having to talk.”
Singer and actor Kwon Kwon-ri, who was not easily seen in variety shows, also adds freshness to the show as ‘entertainment star’.
Yoo Jae-suk personally recommended to the production team and said that he joined.
At the production presentation, Kwon Kwon received full support from the members as ‘the person who suffered the most in the field’ and ‘the person with an upgraded sense of entertainment’.
Kwon Kwon said, “It was a situation and combination in which the seal had to be lifted.”
He continued, “I liked the motto, ‘The strong survive, and the survivors are strong’.”
‘The Zone’ was produced with a total of 8 episodes, and episodes 1 to 3 will be released simultaneously on the 8th.
