BEIJING, Sept. 5 (WAM) — An earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale rocked Luoding County in southwest China’s Sichuan Province today, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The Chinese News Agency “Xinhua” quoted the Chinese Center for Earthquake Networks… that the epicenter of the earthquake was monitored at 29.59 degrees north latitude and 102.08 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 16 km.
