The lawyers Raul Noblecilla Olaechea and Ronald Atencio Sotomayor presented before the prosecution a complaint once morest the president of Congress, Lady Camonesand the founder of Alliance for Progress (APP), Cesar Acuna, for the alleged commission of the crime of criminal organization, influence peddling, simple and aggravated collusion, fraudulent embezzlement and “other crimes of public persecution to the detriment of the State.”
This same complaint falls once morest the congressmen Maria Acuna, Alejandro Soto, Magaly Ruiz; the APP secretary, Luis Valdez Farias; and “those who are responsible”.
“Bearing in mind that it would be a real crime contest, so the penalties are added, being the case that might reach up to 35 years of imprisonment”, the document reads.
Among the grounds for the complaint is that, following the dissemination of the audios by Epicentro TV, “Lady Camones has real influences by virtue of the political position she holds, which allows him to facilitate the illegal orders that the accused Cesar Acuna requests you regarding the (…) illegal processing of bill”.
