The body needs seven hours of sleep at the minimum. Children need between 9 and 12 hours of sleep per day. While teenagers need between 8 and 10 hours. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Control.
A specialist stated that there are risks and damage to the body if it does not get less than 7 hours of sleep each night. Prominent among them are the following:
Frequent colds
Suffering from headache
Suffering from muscle, bone and joint pain
The dangers of sleep deprivation
Exposure to nervousness and tension
Obesity and overweight problems
High blood pressure problems
Having type 2 diabetes
