Daan Tech, the new brand of Made in France household appliances, is expanding internationally.
After the launch in 2020 and the success of its first product Bob the mini dishwasher in France, the industrial company Daan Tech is accelerating its development in Europe, with the desire to provide an innovative solution to Europeans who have still not found the ideal dishwasher.
A sharp acceleration in exports
The company, whose factory is located in Cugand, 40km from Nantes, already generates 60% of its export sales in Europe, with growth of 400% and a turnover multiplied by 4 in one year in this geographical area.
Its first export market is Germany, which represents 20% of sales and a 150% growth in sales in one year. Daan Tech is also present at IFA Berlin 2022 (Internationale Funkausstellung, international exhibition dedicated to new technologies).
Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands) accounts for 25% of sales and Daan Tech intends to accelerate its development in this area with the planned recruitment of three dedicated Country Managers at the end of 2022.
Who is Bob?
Bob is the most compact and fastest dishwasher in the world. With only 34 cm wide and its 12 colors available, it adapts to all kitchens. Bob is the ideal companion for people living alone or in pairs, with a particular attraction for design and quality.
Bob washes the daily dishes of 2 people in just 20 minutes. With its integrated water tank, Bob is not only suitable for apartments and houses, but also for vans, motorhomes, boats and work spaces (professional glasswasher cycle of only 15 minutes).
All Daan Tech products are made in France in its Vendée factory and designed to last at least 10 years, which is Daan Tech’s choice to fight once morest planned obsolescence.
Other assets of Bob: made of 85% recycled plastic and with a water consumption of only 2.9 liters per express cycle (5 times less water than washing by hand), it is also one of of the most eco-responsible dishwashers on the market.
After Bob, a new Daan Tech product unveiled for the first time at IFA Berlin
Daan Tech is taking advantage of this unmissable international fair to present its latest product, Joe, the revolutionary all-in-one oven.
Joe will match his brother Bob in terms of durability, size and design, with more than five technologies and functions in a single appliance – microwave, traditional oven, grill, fan-assisted airfryer (frying without oil) and steam cooking – from so that in the future, to limit the use of raw material and reduce the impact on the environment, a single device will be sufficient instead of many individual devices. Thus, Joe the all-in-one oven, a real technological gem, is also an ecological and economical solution for everyone.
