In an apartment in the Britz district of Neukölln, two girls are said to have been raped on Sunday night. This was confirmed by the police of the Berliner Zeitung. Accordingly, the two 15 and 16-year-olds are said to have been approached by two young men on Alexanderplatz in the followingnoon. The four then ate something together and talked. According to their own statements, the young people were lured into an apartment on Bürgerstraße in the evening under a false pretext.
Arriving at the apartment, the girls were apparently to be made compliant with narcotics. “They had consumed alcohol and drugs consensually and voluntarily,” said a police spokesman. The drugs are said to have been marijuana and cocaine. As the story progressed, the young men became increasingly pushy. At some point they groped and sexually abused the girls. What exactly happened in the apartment is still part of the investigation.
Girls flee the apartment and call the police
The victims were able to free themselves from the situation and flee the apartment, the police spokesman said. They immediately alerted the police, who searched the apartment. The two alleged perpetrators had already disappeared by this time, following which the emergency services only secured evidence. The criminal police are now investigating two cases of rape. For reasons of victim protection, the police did not want to give any further details.
The girls were taken to a hospital where they were examined more closely. It is currently being determined who owns the apartment to which the young people were lured.
