The war of statements that erupted between the two Lebanese stars, Fares Karam and Myriam Fares, once morest the background of the “poster” of their last concert in Saudi Arabia, is still raging, with the entry of new parties, led by the lyric poet Fares Yskander, the media personality Dima Sadek and the Tunisian star Latifa, following the escalation of these statements, leading to accusations The latter is the first to challenge her honor.
That war divided the Lebanese into two groups, one of whom supports Fares Karam, who started the dispute when he described Myriam Fares as a “sour psychological” in his comment on the size of her image that is larger than his image in the concert poster that she published on her social media accounts.
And another group, in solidarity with Myriam Fares, who raised the intensity of these statements by responding to Fares Karam by saying, “I cannot respond at this level. I have an idea regarding him that he is a respectable human being, and I was surprised by the story that happened, and the whole story is a picture, a flaw regarding a flaw.”

The two stars’ statements did not stop there, as Fares Karam responded to Myriam Fares with a tweet via his Twitter account, which he attached with a hashtag that includes a profanity, in addition to another hashtag #Time of Dancers.
Fares Karam said in his tweet, “I like to remind you of the days when you were singing with strings and you ran and imagined with me at the end of the night… The rest you know very well, you want to arrange parties? Indeed, those who took refuge died.”
In turn, Myriam Fares responded to him with a tweet, in which she vowed to judge him, saying: “You look like you did not tolerate the truth… With the judiciary, I will make you an example for every male who assaults the honor of a woman because he did not come out with a head.”
One of the most prominent supporters of Fares Karam was the lyric poet Fares Iskandar, who published a tweet that included verses of poetry during which he attacked Myriam Fares, following she called Fares Karam “masculine.”
Iskandar tweeted: “My masculinity said. I said of the cause of pleasure.. an accusation of my masculinity in which I am proud.. the problem is that you turned me on a male.. who cut what rogues regarding (your head) .. males.
Fares Karam expressed his admiration for Iskandar’s tweet; He republished it through his Twitter account and commented on it by saying, “Abu Muhammad Al-Ghali, good morning, a calamity if we talk and a calamity if we remain silent.”
And coinciding with that war, an audio leak of Fares Karam spread, in which he says, “Test (Myriam Fares) doesn’t want to be nice, she wants to be nice, and I didn’t take or give. I said I’m a watermelon that breaks some.”
After the spread of that leak, Karam tweeted through his Twitter account: “Latifa, you are a great artist and you are the sweetheart of my heart and dear to me, and I am growing up, but my name is the limit of your name and with your history that honors me, and you know a lot regarding my appreciation and respect for you.”
The Tunisian star, bereaved by the death of her older brother, “Hassan”, replied, “I love you very much and I respect you very much. May God grant you success in your life, protect you and your family, and make you successful in your work, my love.”

On the other hand, her compatriot Dima Sadek, who responded forcefully to Fares Iskandar’s poetry, stood out among the solidarity with Myriam Fares.
Dima said in a tweet to her on Twitter: “Fares Iskandar, a Lebanese poet and composer. Among his songs: – The one who shortens the skirt – Nsungi – Tight your clothes, what you have is wider than it – We do not have girls who are employed by her testimony.
She added, mocking Fares’ opinion, “Like any poet, he has several opinions that enrich the intellectual discussion in the country,” to which he replied by saying, “My portfolio is more than me.”
