A night walk in a car sharing through the center of St. Petersburg ended for a migrant driver with two administrative protocols. In the passenger compartment, they found a passenger and a simple drinking set of cognac, cola and a set of glasses.
According to “Road Inspector”, on the night of September 3, a car-sharing car flew past traffic police inspectors at the Tsarskoye Selo railway bridge. When asked to stop, the driver just stepped on the gas. At the intersection of the Obvodny Canal embankment and Chernyakhovsky Street, they managed to catch up with him.
Behind the wheel was a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan. The breathalyzer showed 0.662 mg/l of alcohol in his blood. Gulyaka exceeded the norm by 4 times.
Two administrative protocols were drawn up once morest the man on non-stop at the request of law enforcement officers and driving while intoxicated. Together with the passenger, he was taken to the police department, where they will be dealt with in connection with the violation of immigration laws.
It’s not the first time the driver has spent time with the police. In 2013, he was detained in Moscow in connection with a search by law enforcement officers of Uzbekistan because of a robbery. After returning to his homeland, he served 4.5 years, and then went to another capital of Russia – the North.
