Ilan Chester did not appear at the show in Puerto Ordaz because he assures that he was not paid on time

Ilan Chester will face lawsuit

Singer-songwriter Ilan Chester will face a lawsuit for alleged breach of contract cancel last minute, his concert in Puerto Ordaz, Bolívar state. This was scheduled for August 26 and was later postponed for Friday, September 2.

Through a statement, the company VSG Production indicated that the artist had already received payment of 13,000 dollars for the show. But he refused to receive “the remaining four thousand dollars.”

“She was handed $13,000 in Zelle and cash and she doesn’t want to show up in town, only missing $4,000 by 10:30pm. And it is not abiding by the clauses of the contract, ”reads the description of the publication on the company’s social networks.

For this reason, they asked Attorney General Tarek William Saab to intercede to demand that Ilan Chester return the payment. This is because “the artist has the agenda to leave the country on September 10 and it is unfair and illegal that if he fails he does not return the money received, since all the expenses were paid by the producer.”
