Caretaker Communications Minister Johnny Al-Qarm expressed his optimism regarding the possibility of reaching a solution that secures additional revenue for Ogero employees, according to three legal demands.
He indicated, in statements to the Russian “Sputnik” agency, to a fourth demand raised by the employees “that needs to be discussed with those concerned,” refusing to go into details of the demands, but he did not rule out the possibility of reaching a settlement “as soon as possible.”
The Syndicate of Ogero employees had announced the open strike last Tuesday, including refraining from attending work centers and stopping the work of the organization and its services, including maintenance work in all Lebanese territories.
