The Beirut Golden Awards Association, headed by Mohamed Halawani, held its annual honoring ceremony in downtown Beirut, under the auspices of the Ministries of Tourism and Culture.
During the ceremony, a number of artistic, cultural and social figures were honored, most notably the Governor of Beirut, Judge Marwan Abboud, the artist Assi Al-Hillani, the Australian Ambassador to Lebanon Andrew Barnes, the poet Nizar Francis, the actor Gabriel Yammine, the actress Cynthia Khalifa, the Shehadeh brothers, Dr. Nader Saab, Ruqayya. Mirza, fashion designer Manal Agaj, director Wassim Geagea, media figure Dalia Karim, and an honorary shield was presented to Mr. Sayed Fayyad and beautician Rania Othman.
In the meantime, the artist Assi El-Hellani expressed his happiness with this honor, especially that it came from the heart of the capital, Beirut, which has gradually begun to recover following all the tragedies it has suffered, according to him.
While actress Cynthia Khalife confirmed that this honor is distinguished as it comes from her country Lebanon, and is considered one of the most important moments in her life, especially as she shares this success with her small family.
The plastic surgeon Dr. Nader Saab indicated that this honor comes for the achievements that Lebanon is making on the beauty map, considering that it does a lot to motivate doctors to stay in Lebanon.
