Moroccan King Mohammed VI sent a telegram of condolences and sympathy to the family of the Moroccan artist Noureddine Bakr, who passed away on Friday.

According to local media, the king’s telegram stated: “We received with great emotion the obituary of the late artist Noureddine Bakr, who is covered by God’s forgiveness and satisfaction, may God bless him with his mercy and blessings.”

On this sad occasion, the King expressed, to the members of the family of the deceased and through them, to all their families and relatives, the theatrical and artistic family of the deceased, and all his friends and lovers, his deepest condolences and sincere feelings of sympathy, on the passing of a capable actor, creative and brilliance, thanks to his fun style, and his distinguished comedic roles that will remain entrenched in the national technical registry.

And the king added in his telegram: “As we share your sorrows in this painful affliction, which God does not want to spend, let us pray to God the Almighty, the Almighty, for you patience and solace, and for the dear deceased to be rewarded the fullest, for the great works he did for his art and for his country, and accept him among the righteous. of His servants who are blessed with Paradise and satisfaction.”

The Moroccan Syndicate of Dramatic Arts Professionals announced the death of actor Noureddine Bakr, Friday, in Casablanca, at the age of 70, following suffering from illness.

A large number of artists mourned him through social media who were raised in his works and shared them with him, including theatrical director Amin Nassour, actress Fatma Bogo and film director Mohamed Nazif.

Actor, director and producer Rachid El-Wali wrote on his Facebook page: “I worked with Noureddine Bakr a little, but I learned a lot from him. His wit played a great role in people’s love for him and in the success of most of the works in which he participated. With his death, one of the famous comedians is missing.” in Morocco”.

Noureddine Bakr was born in Casablanca in 1952 and began his artistic career with the amateur theater, then his star emerged in the nineties when he performed many shows with the neighborhood theater group, including “Sharh Melh” and “Love and Tin”.

The late participated in television works, including “Swarm of Pigeons”, “The Injured”, “The Mirage”, “Cut of a Tree”, and “Inhabited and Haunted”, and his last work was “The Corner of Happiness”.

He also presented television films such as “This is what I want”, “Al-Stagir” and “Habeel Al-Ankabut”, in addition to a few movies.
