Inzaghi said in the press conference: “We won the last derby 3-0 once morest Milan in the Italian Cup, and we all know what happened in the last league meeting last season.”
He added regarding the celebrations of the Milan players with the league title: “Everyone has the right to celebrate the way he prefers, I prefer to remember on May 22 when we celebrated with our fans the Cup and the Super Cup.”
And he added, “Milan and Inter are still the two most prominent teams from last season with identity and football ideas, the last 4 matches are very balanced, so the individual is what will make the difference.”
He continued, “My team is doing well, we know that the derby needs to be technically and mentally ready.”
Regarding the deals, he replied: “The club worked well, kept the important players, we respect the financial capabilities and I am satisfied, following we made two transfers with a net profit.”
He continued, “Romelio Lukaku will be absent, I will need a partner for Lautaro in attack, and I need to choose the wings.”
He concluded, “There are doubts regarding Bastoni because he suffers from symptoms of a cold role that caused his absence before in front of Cremonese.”
