Afghanistan mosque blast; 18 people including Imam were killed

Kabul | An Imam was killed in an explosion at a mosque in Herat, Afghanistan. Imam Mujiburrahman Ansari was killed. His security guards and civilians were killed in the blast.

Unconfirmed reports say at least 18 people have died. Many people were injured. The explosion took place in the Gasarga mosque here on Friday just before Jumu’ah prayers.
