Will the price of the M2-based iPad Pro go up? Captured in Australian telecom’s inventory system

The price of the new iPad Pro, which is expected to be released by Apple next month, has been predicted to rise.

According to foreign media on the 1st (local time), it was reported that an Australian mobile operator Optus employee accidentally added the 2022 iPad Pro model to its internal inventory management system.

Added to the stock system is the fourth-generation 11-inch iPad Pro model in space gray with 512GB of storage and cellular connectivity.

In particular, Optus is drawing attention by marking the price of the 2022 iPad Pro model, which supports the same storage capacity, regarding AUD 200 higher than the 2021 model.

The industry is predicting that the price of the next iPhone 14 series will rise slightly due to global inflationary pressures and supply chain shortages. If the price of the iPhone 14 series rises, it is highly likely that the price of the next iPad Pro model will also increase.

Meanwhile, the next iPad Pro is said to be equipped with the latest M2 chipset and a new smart connector that supports 4 pins instead of 3 pins.
