There are 16 energy counters in Wallonia. In each of them, three to four advisers who are overwhelmed at the moment. “This morning, we have already received around ten people and we have sixteen calls on hold, from people who we will probably have to call back this followingnoon, but we also have around fifteen calls that we have not received. might take yesterday either”explains Monia Ben Slama, one of these technical advisers.
