Tyroe Muhafidin was born in Perth, Western Australia. His mother, Rachael Muhafidin, and his father, Afid Muhafidin, are the parents of four children, Tobias Muhafidin, Jiddan Muhafidin, and Jachinta Muhafidin.

Tyroe Muhafidin has been in the industry since 2015. He worked with the Filmbites Talent Agency and auditioned in Los Angeles with the New Faces Talent Academy on May 9, 2015.
In 2016, he made his debut in a music video, Make Them Suffer: Ether. Two years later, Tyroe Muhafidin appeared in the short film Dusk.
His big experience came when he acted in short series in Two Sands, Caravan, Treasure Maps and Tinned Spaghetti. In 2020, Tyroe was offered the role of Theo in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, aged 14 at the time.
