Alongside its novelties for the living room, TP Vision also had a few Philips audio products for the outdoors. We have chosen headphones and earphones, which are very clever in both cases.
TP Vision had a range of new products to showcase at theIFA 2022 for the 10 years of its association with the Philips brand. Soundbars and a speaker for the living room, new televisions that will amaze you, and products for mobility. These include the Philips H8507 headphones and the K4607 bone conduction headphones.
Philips Audio H8507 headphones: perfect for PC or outdoors
It is very likely that you use two helmets on a daily basis: one bluetooth headset for your mobile products and a headset for the PC and your online meetings. With the H8507, Philips offers a rather clever 2-in-1 product.
First of all, it’s a noise-canceling wireless Bluetooth headset with an announced battery life of 55 hours. You can therefore take it everywhere with you with its format reminiscent of Sony WH1000MX headphones.
For work, Philips has provided a removable microphone to connect via a jack port on the helmet. This should allow it to offer much clearer sound for voice compared to Bluetooth headsets. The headset also incorporates a small indicator light on each side to signal when the user is in the middle of a call. Convenient for the telework when the household does not want to interrupt a meeting.
To ensure compatibility with all PCs, Philips has provided a small Bluetooth dongle already paired with the headphones in the box.
The Philips H8507 headphones will be available in September from 229.99 euros.
Philips K4607 headphones: the first children’s headphones
The other audio product from Philips that interested us is the K4607 headphones. Behind this pretty name hide headphones aimed at children, we imagine that the K in the model number comes from “Kids“. Here it is bone conduction headphones that will help preserve the hearing of the youngest. This technology also makes it possible to avoid passive or active noise isolation and thus to hear both grumbling parents and cars in the street.
TP Vision has devised several functions around the target audience: the possibility of limiting listening time as one limits screen time, for example. There is also the possibility of imposing a lower maximum volume level than on adult headphones, once more to protect the ears of our toddlers.
These headphones will be available from November for 99.99 euros.
