OPPO, a leading brand in the smartphone and connected objects market, took advantage of the official launch of the OPPO Reno8 range in Paris to reveal the first OPPO tablet on the European market: the OPPO Pad Air. Developed to provide the best user experience, it combines sleek design with the highest performance. But that’s not all: extremely light, it features a design with elegant metallic tones as well as a version of ColorOS specially designed to boost the user experience with intelligent and fluid interactions.
Perfect ergonomics thanks to the thin and light design
OPPO Pad Air features a two-tone design of criss-cross metals, combining a 3D OPPO Glow texture on the top of the back panel with grooves that give the tablet a better grip, all while avoiding fingerprints digital. The lower part of the rear side, meanwhile, has been sandblasted with grains of just 0.15 mm to create a surface that is both smooth and easy to grip. With a weight of only 440 g and a thickness of 6.94 mm, the OPPO Pad Air is as light as it is ergonomic.
ColorOS for tablets: a smoother and smarter experience
OPPO Pad Air is powered by ColorOS for Pad, an operating system designed specifically for tablets. This notably supports smart touch controls such as two-finger split-screen, four-finger floating window, and smart sidebar. In addition, two new multi-screen features are integrated to ensure continuity between devices: file drag and drop and clipboard sharing. The first allows users to easily transfer files from their OPPO smartphone* to the OPPO Pad Air using drag and drop: once on the tablet’s large screen, photos and videos are easier to edit. With clipboard sharing, users are able to copy and paste text seamlessly across the smartphone and tablet, taking productivity to the next level.
Slim, sleek and seriously entertaining
OPPO Pad Air is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. Thanks to its 8-core architecture, it allows users to work and play without interruption – even when multitasking. OPPO Pad Air also features a 10.36-inch 2K HD display, certified by TÜV Rheinland for eye comfort and blue light protection. Additionally, OPPO Pad Air is equipped with 4 Dolby Atmos speakers for high-quality sound and an immersive listening experience. Its large 7100mAh battery enables users to watch videos for up to 12 hours, attend video conferences for up to 15 hours, or read e-books for up to 16 hours.
