The memory sweet spot for the AMD Ryzen 7000 series (codename: Raphael) seems to be DDR5-6000.Reported by overseas media VideoCardz.
AMD’s “sweet spot” is “the sweetest place, all things considered.”
So far, the sweet spot has been DDR4-3200 for the Ryzen 1000 series, DDR4-3400 for the Ryzen 2000 series, DDR4-3800 for the Ryzen 3000 series, and DDR4-4000 for the Ryzen 5000 series. And it seems that DDR5-6000 will be the sweet spot in the Ryzen 7000 series.
Of course, operation can be expected even at clocks above the sweet spot if the QVL is guaranteed, but the higher the clock, the higher the memory price and the worse the cost performance.
In addition, the Ryzen 7000 series is said to have the best performance with a two-memory configuration. If you are thinking of buying it, why not use it as a reference?
