The Flockingbird project has set itself the goal of using the functionalities of the Fediverse for job searches. How it works is amazingly simple. If a vacancy is posted with the hashtag #vacancy, it will appear on the project website. The prerequisite for this is that the post was sent from an account that allows indexing by bots.
Interesting articles can be easily found using the integrated full-text search.
