The Sharjah Airport Police Department was able to arrest a passenger in his third decade, while leaving the country for his homeland, on charges of seizing the money of others with the intention of owning.
The details of the incident are due to the suspicion of a person of Asian nationality at the luggage checkpoint at Sharjah International Airport, and following inspection it was found that he was carrying large amounts of goldware hidden among his travel luggage, without invoices or papers proving his ownership, and when asked regarding the bills, it was noticed It has signs of anxiety and confusion, and as a result of the sense of security and the accumulation of field and inspection experiences among the officers and personnel of the Sharjah Airport Police Department, the specialized personnel opened the passenger’s cargo bags, and other quantities of gold were found, and investigations revealed that the accused had found gold in one of the sandy areas. In the country, he seized them, without referring to the security authorities to hand over the artifacts, and he was referred to the competent authorities.
