New Attachments for Doosan Large Crawler Excavators

——————– ADVERTISING ——————–

Doosan offers a range of new standard and optional equipment for Doosan large crawler excavators from 31.5 to 53 tons.

New Doosan equipment for the DX300LC-7, DX350LC-7, DX380LC-7, DX420LC-7, DX490LC-7 and DX530LC-7 models includes the cab, which features a new high-quality seat, and more series and features like keyless start, and remote door lock/unlock, parallelogram windshield wipers covering a larger windshield area, operator ID/password function , the remote diagnosis function, the 11 LED work lights as standard equipment (+2 additional, optional), or the 360° vision camera system (AVM) (+ ultrasonic obstacle detection, optional ).

The new seat has a seat belt buckle alarm as standard and can be optionally equipped with a ventilation function. The design of these two seats is identical, but the seat with the optional ventilation function has 3-level heating controls while the standard seat offers 2-level heating controls, like the previous model. Thanks to the high comfort seat with integrated heating – with optional internal cooling – and the increased efficiency of the heating/ventilation system, the operator will work in complete peace of mind whatever the weather conditions.

The Doosan Smart Touch screen, an easy to read and use interface with its 8″ (20 cm) screen, offers intuitive navigation through the machine menus and simple selection of the most suitable power and work mode to the current application.

The Doosan Smart Key Remote allows the operator to unlock/lock the door and start or stop the engine remotely. With just one touch of the Smart Key, the operator can also switch on all of the machine’s work lights (eleven as standard equipment and two additional, optional).

A 360° vision camera system is included as standard equipment. This system ensures maximum safety on site by offering a complete view of the area surrounding the machine. This 360° camera system provides all-round visibility around the machine and allows the operator to have a bird’s eye view of the machine and surrounding area. This system includes a front camera, two side cameras and a rear camera. The image produced by the cameras is displayed on a dedicated screen, separate from the touch screen.

In all these excavators, the main distributor was replaced by a Doosan Mottrol distributor, without affecting performance. Like the newest addition to the range, the DX420LC-7, all the latest versions of these excavators now benefit from D-ECOPOWER technology which combines higher productivity, reduced fuel consumption and increased control flexibility.

Finally, all Doosan large excavators are equipped as standard with the latest generation DoosanCONNECT telematics monitoring system.
