Ingredients
To make the pots
- 2 cups of flour for tortillas
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Sal
* You can also use ready-made tortillas, they are very crispy and delicious!
For the filling
- 2 cups mashed black beans
- 2 cups of grated cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Cilantro
- sauce to accompany
Process
If you are going to make the dough, mix the flour, salt and oil. Go adding warm water until you have a moist paste but it does not stick to your fingers.
Prepare a muffin plate by brushing it with vegetable oil, roll the dough into balls and press them into the molds to form the casseroles.
Bake 5 minutes at 200º. Then take out the pans and very carefully, fill them with beans, put cheese on top and bake at 180º for 15 minutes.
If you’re using tortillas, warm them up a bit so they’re pliable and place them on the oiled muffin plate. You can put it upside down, as in the photo, to make it easier.
Bake for 8 min. at 180º. Then take them out and fill them with beans and cheese and bake once more for 5 more minutes.
When the cazuelitas are ready, let them rest for a few minutes before unmolding them. Then place them on a tray and serve with avocado, cilantro and sauce.
