Consolidated turnover down 13%

Auto Hall’s consolidated turnover (CA) amounted to 2.46 billion dirhams (MMDH) for the first half (H1-2022), a decrease of 13% compared to the same period of the previous year.

This downward trend is explained by the decline in the automotive market during the first half of the year given the difficult context of 2022 combined with the lack of availability of vehicles caused by the shortage of semiconductors, Auto Hall said in a press release on its financial indicators. .

Thus, sales of the national automobile market for passenger cars (PCs) and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) fell by 11% compared to 2021 due to the persistence of the disruptions in global automobile production, but remain higher by 4 % compared to H1-2019.
