Cream the softened butter with the salt and chili flakes. Cut the baguettes diagonally at intervals of regarding 2 centimeters. Brush these incisions with the butter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Peel the pineapple, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Place a slice of cheese, ham and pineapple in each baguette slit. Bake the baguettes on the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.

In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut them diagonally into thin slices. After baking, take the baguettes out of the oven, cool slightly and serve sprinkled with the spring onion rings.
