Fuel, student aid, restaurant tickets… What changes on September 1

To cope with rising prices fuel, the government is extending assistance to motorists in this new school year. A measure that is part of the purchasing power law.

So far by 18 euro cents per liter of fuel, the aid will increase – from September 1 to October 31, 2022 – 30 euro cents for diesel, gasoline, petroleum gas and natural gas.

Student aid

Changes will also affect students. The scholarships allocated to them will be revalued by 4%. In July, The national assembly had approved the same increase for retirement and invalidity pensions under the basic schemes.

Borrower insurance reform
