To bridge this gap, joint action and cooperation between the various parties, including the private sector, as a major employment sector, is vital. By taking specific measures to increase the number of female employees and promote equal employment and leadership opportunities, the investment bank is a great role model for the private sector in the UAE, and we look forward to supporting their efforts.”
