‘want a boy’; Baby stolen from platform at BJP leader’s house – BJP | Kidnap

A seven-month-old boy, who went missing from Mathura railway station in Lucknow, has been found from a BJP leader’s house. Last week, a baby stolen from its sleeping parents at a railway station was found at the home of BJP councilor Vineeta Agarwal in Firozabad. The police finally reached the BJP leader’s house following the racket of stealing and selling children.

The police said that Vineeta and her husband bought the baby from two doctors involved in the racket for Rs 1.8 lakh. The police said that they bought the baby because they wanted a boy. Both have a daughter. Police arrested eight people including them in the incident.

The money paid by the couple was recovered from the doctors. The police said that the child was handed over to the parents. The footage of the child being abducted from the Mathura railway station while the parents were sleeping was widely circulated.

Deep Kumar kidnapped the baby. The baby-selling racket operates out of a hospital in Hathras district. The hospital is owned by two doctors who are part of the team. Deep Kumar and some health workers are members of the kidnapping gang,” said senior police officer Mohammad Mushtaq.
