In an indescribable video, a con man appeared to hit another person with special needs (people of determination), following he tried to rob him while he was sitting in a wheelchair on a Staten Island bus in New York, USA.
In details, the police said in a statement that the incident occurred earlier this month, but released the video on Sunday.
It also continued that it took place at 9 pm on the 13th of August, on the S40 MTA bus.
She explained that the thief stood directly behind his wheelchair-bound 64-year-old victim and then stole $250 in cash from him when the bus stopped at Clinton Avenue and Richmond Terrace.
The police circulated the descriptions
While the poor old man got up to get his right, the thief surprised him with punches, and fled from the bus in an unknown direction.
The police described the fraudster as being in his twenties, 5’7 and weighing 160 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black “TLC” shirt, black basketball shorts, white socks and black sandals.
Police also released a surveillance video of the fraudster from a convenience store at 1 Richmond Terrace. The video clearly shows his face, asking anyone with information related to this incident to call the NYPD crime hotline.
