Girl power, sexy outfits and great voices: with the Burgenland Choir, international dancers and costumes by star designer Niko Niko, the mood among the musical stars was almost like on Broadway.
“Niko loves women. He knows my body very well, he knows exactly what he’s doing, so you always feel like a princess or a power woman. It’s just great,” said musical singer Ana Milva Gomes. “It was a big and long process. It was almost eight months of manual work and there are also 30 kilos of Swarovski crystals. You’re getting a Hollywood show today,” says fashion designer Niko Niko.

Magic moments on stage
The children of singers Maya Hakvoort and Missy May were also able to enjoy magical moments on stage. “She always says: you don’t have to be nervous. You just think, you can be there now and what other 13-year-old kid can? And I think that’s a very good tip because it takes away my fear of singing in front of so many people,” says Marie, daughter of Missy May. “It’s a joyful nervousness, we’ve performed together a lot before, but this time I’m not performing with her, Drew is. That means she’s actually standing alone on stage for the first time today and then in front of so many people,” says musical singer Missy May.
“It is an unbelievable atmosphere, especially in the quarry. It’s almost magical, I almost want to say. You feel the audience very differently. You have the feeling that you are on top of the world. I’m very grateful to be able to play in this setting,” said Missy May.

“Power of Love”
The motto “With the power of love” was deliberately chosen. “I believe that only the power of love helps to make this world a little bit better as it is now. I think if we might all pull it off, then some or all wars would be prevented,” said organizer Ingrid Puschautz-Meidl. If you can’t get enough of the musical stars, you can already look forward to “The Christmas Show” in December in Eisenstadt.
