BenQ Unveils Mobiuz EX480UZ OLED Gaming Monitor with 0.1ms Response Time

BenQ has announced a huge monitor Mobiuz EX480UZ, designed for gaming stations. The novelty is made on organic light emitting diodes (OLED): the size of the matrix is ​​48 inches diagonally.

The panel corresponds to the 4K format, that is, it has a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. Brightness reaches 450 cd/m2, contrast – 135,000:1. Viewing angles horizontally and vertically – up to 178 degrees.

The monitor claims 98% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. The number of reproduced shades exceeds 1 billion. The device has a Delta E<2 index, which ensures the maximum naturalness of all colors.

The GtG response time is only 0.1ms and the refresh rate is up to 120Hz. AMD FreeSync Premium technology helps eliminate screen tearing and improves image smoothness.

The Light Tuner tool allows you to choose from several brightness modes for the best visual effect. The Black eQualizer improves the contrast and brightness of dark scenes without blowing out highlights.

The equipment includes a Trevolo 2.1 audio system with two 5W speakers and a 10W subwoofer. There are two HDMI 2.1 interfaces, a DisplayPort 1.4 connector, a USB 3.2 hub, and a USB Type-C port capable of delivering up to 90W of power to a connected device, such as a laptop.
