The security forces received a notification of the death of a bride inside her home, as the Criminal Investigation Department found the body of a 24-year-old bride, who breathed her last on the bedroom bed.
The initial examination revealed that the bride had signs of torture on her body, and traces of redness around the neck, which indicate the existence of a criminal suspicion, and that she had been hanged. Suspicions revolve around her husband, who is a resident of the village of Hegaza in Qena Governorate.
The body of the bride was transferred to the mortuary of the former Karnak International Hospital in Luxor.
It is noteworthy that the body of the bride who died inside the marital nest was found on Wednesday morning, in the city of Thebes, north of the Egyptian governorate of Luxor.
