The Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council has clarified the validity of what is being circulated regarding the possibility of relieving back pain by sitting upright.
The Council indicated that the talk regarding sitting upright relieves back pain is a misconception; Because no session is 100% correct.
He pointed out that it is not necessary to sit straight all the time; Because this may cause the back to get stiff, but the person must sit in the way that is comfortable for him with changing the way of sitting every half hour, in addition to practicing stretching and resistance on a weekly basis.
