Las torrential rain that have hit different regions of Mexico in recent days have been the scene of curious videos that show the risks that some are willing to take in order to have a good time and laugh. But sometimes those fun moments don’t end as we hope, as happened to a young man who was walking through a water channel in an inflatable.
A video went viral on social networks in which a young man is seen browsing the the Gómez Morin channel in Delicias, Chihuahua. The curious thing is that the man crosses the stream aboard a black inflatable mattress, while his friends record it.
The young man was lying with his chest up on the mattress and seemed to enjoy the situation, as he can even be seen raising his hands as if from a slide it was treated
Due to the dimension of the mattress, his feet were dangling, so it was inevitable that he would not get wet; however, he didn’t care regarding that and ended up being the least of his problems.
Since the water ran through the channel with great intensity and speed, the young man slipped from time to time, so he had to return to settle in the center of the inflatable.
So the young man traveled several meters on his inflatable mattress. The moment was recorded by a group of young people, apparently his friends, who were on top of a car that was driving along the canal.
What happened to the man on the mattress?
At the end of the road there was a strainer, where a friend was already waiting for him to hold him and keep him from going down the drain: “You grab me, dude, if you don’t grab me…”he is heard saying.
But the current was so strong that the strainer began to swallow the man on the mattress, while his friend tried to help him out of the canal. According to users on social networks, the young man is safe, but the second part of the video has not yet been shared, nor is there more official information regarding it.
It is worth mentioning that carrying out this type of activity is a great risk not only because of the danger of being swept away by the current or sucked into a sewer, but also the unhealthy conditions in which it is when coming into contact with black waters.
