This is a message that can be read for a few days on the fridges of Delhaize stores. What augur difficult weeks as the annual negotiations begin? Delhaize gave us further explanation via its spokesperson, Roel Dekelver. “ Today we have problems with only one supplier: Danone. We believe that this brand offers a price increase that is not justified. Everyone has to take it upon themselves in this period of rising prices, and not just the supermarkets or the customers. Some products are therefore missing, but alternatives exist with competing brands or our own brands.. “
